Take a certain amount of dry monomer boron, add water to the beaker and moisten it, add a certain proportion of concentrated nitric acid, and wait for the reaction until there is no yellow smoke. If a certain percentage of water, use hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH value on the adjusted acidity meter, then add a certain amount of Glycerol to the test solution, set the pH value with sodium hydroxide standard drops, and then add Glycerol, if the pH value is less than the titrated amount, then repeat until the test solution is equal to the pH value.

The determination of the purity of the monomer boron by the pH method is rarely used in China. It is more accurate, fast, accurate, and applicable than the widely used indicator method. However, this method has complicated steps and requires careful attention to avoid errors. The H method is the same as the indicator method. It is only suitable for the determination of monomer boron with a purity of 95%. The decision of monomer boron with a purity of 95% or more is still to be discussed, but each manufacturer has its measurement method.
