 When assembling the bearing, the most basic requirement is to make the added axial force act directly on the end surface of the bearing ring of the installed bearing (when mounted on the shaft, the added axial force must act directly on the inner ring, install When it is on the hole, the applied force should directly act on the outer ring). Try not to affect the rolling elements. Assembly methods include hammering method, press assembly method, hot assembly method, freezing assembly method, etc.
① Hammering method
Use a hammer to pad the copper rod and some softer materials before hammering. Be careful not to let foreign objects such as copper dust fall into the bearing raceway. Do not directly hit the inner and outer rings of the bearing with a hammer or punch to avoid affecting the bearing. Matching accuracy may cause bearing damage.
② Assembly method of screw press or hydraulic press
For bearings with large interference tolerances, screw presses or hydraulic presses can be used for assembly. Before pressing, the shaft and bearing should be laid flat and coated with a little lubricating oil. The pressing speed should not be too fast. After the bearing is in place, the pressure should be quickly removed to prevent damage to the bearing or shaft.
③Hot loading method
The hot mounting method is to heat the bearing in oil to 80 ℃-100 ℃, so that the inner hole of the bearing expands and fits on the shaft, which can prevent the shaft and bearing from being damaged. For bearings with dust caps and seals, the inside of which is filled with grease is not suitable for hot fitting.
(3) The clearance of the tapered roller bearing is adjusted after assembly. The main methods are adjustment with shims, adjustment with screws, adjustment with nuts, etc.
(4) When assembling the thrust ball bearing, the tight ring and the loose ring should be distinguished first. The inner diameter of the tight ring is slightly smaller. After assembly, the tight ring and the shaft are kept relatively stationary during operation. It always leans against the shaft At the end of the step or hole, otherwise the bearing will lose its rolling effect and accelerate wear.
