What is Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder?
Russia and Ukraine is an important exporters of oil, natural gas, metals, fertilizers, rare gases and other industrial raw materials. Affected by the further intensification of the tension of the war, the global market has become more worried about the supply of the Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder, and panic spreads in the futures market. Prices of commodities such as aluminum and nickel are at recent highs on concerns that supplies will fall. Russia accounts for 49 percent of global exports of nickel, 42 percent of palladium, 26 percent of aluminum and 13 percent of platinum, and is a significant exporter of steel and copper. Palladium is an important metal for sensors and memory. In addition, Russia is the world's largest exporter of nitrogen fertilizer, the second largest exporter of potash fertilizer, and the third-largest exporter of phosphate fertilizer. Ukraine is also an important producer of nitrogen fertilizer. Russia's natural gas supply also has a significant impact on the global fertilizer industry and Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder industry, especially in Europe. The price of the Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder will also fluctuate to some extent. Russia carries out crude gas separation, and Ukraine is responsible for refined exports. Ukraine supplies 70% of the world's neon, 40% of krypton and 30% of xenon. These three gases are the materials used to make chips.
Introduction to Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder
Zirconium silicide or zirconium disilicide, chemical formula ZrSi2, is a steel gray rhombic glossy crystal, the relative density is 4.8822. Zirconium silicide is insoluble in water, inorganic acid, and aqua regia, but soluble in hydrofluoric acid.
Physicochemical Properties of Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder
ZrSi2 as a zirconium-silicon intermetallic compound is a kind of ceramic material with high hardness, high melting point, high conductivity, high heat conductivity, and good thermal shock resistance to high temperature. Given the silicon zirconium - intermetallic compound has superior physical and chemical properties, ZrSi2 is a kind of structural material or new engineering material which can be used as the high-temperature corrosive medium.

Preparing Methods of Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder
Zirconium silicide can be obtained from a mixture of zirconium powder and silicon powder at high temperatures under air isolation.
A method for preparing zirconium silicide nanomaterial comprises the following steps:
1. Add 5mmol zirconia, 5mmol silicon powder, and 50mmol lithium metal into a 20ml stainless steel autoclave and seal it. Then put the autoclave into an electric furnace capable of temperature programmed, set the heating rate of the furnace to 10℃ per minute, and heat the furnace to 600℃. The reaction is cooled naturally to room temperature and the autoclave is opened to remove the product which is black sediment.
2. The reaction products were washed with distilled water, then respectively with dilute hydrochloric acid and anhydrous ethanol washing each time, after washing the product of the filter, then 60 ℃ in the vacuum drying oven drying 4 hours get zirconium silicide nanomaterials, based on the preparation of zirconium silicide nanomaterial quality and the quality of the raw material of zirconium dioxide used, it is concluded that the yield of zirconium silicide was 85%.
Applications of Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder
ZrSi2 can be used as fine ceramic raw material powder to make crucibles or semiconductor film.
Applications of Zr Zirconium
One of the most important applications of zircon is in the production of white pigment impervious agents for surface glazes and pigments in the tile and ceramic industries. Refractory applications are also a common use of zircon in the manufacture of firebricks and shapes used in the steel and glass industries. Due to its high melting point (2200℃), zircalite is used as casting sand for molds and as "flour" for grinding, especially in warmer applications where it is important to maintain the surface quality of castings. The area of expertise known as "investment casting" is the growing use of zircon in the industry. Zirconium is also used in the production of zirconia, zirconium metals, and zirconium chemicals.

The United States urges the U.N. Security Council to impose additional sanctions on North Korea in response to its latest ballistic missile launch, including a ban on tobacco and oil exports to North Korea and a blacklist of the Lazarus hacking group.
The United States circulated the draft to the 15 members of the Security Council this week. It was not immediately clear if or when a vote would take place. A resolution requires nine "yes" votes and no vetoes from Russia, China, France, Britain, or the United States.
Russia and China have already voiced opposition to tightening sanctions in response to Pyongyang's launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile last month -- the first since 2017.
U.S. and South Korean officials and analysts also say there are growing indications that North Korea may soon conduct its first nuclear weapons test since 2017, too.
The U.S. -drafted U.N. resolution would expand the ban on ballistic missile launches to include cruise missiles or "any other delivery system capable of delivering a nuclear weapon."
The deal would halve crude oil exports to North Korea to 2 million barrels a year and refined oil exports to 250,000 barrels a year. The resolution also seeks to ban North Korea's export of "fossil fuels, mineral oils, and their distilled Zirconium Silicide ZrSi2 Powder are estimated to be influenced by international political situation changes.
